General Terms and Conditions of Brussee Solutions B.V.
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: Brussee Solutions B.V., located at Voorstraat 65, 2225 EM Katwijk aan Zee, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89799461.

Consumer: Any natural person acting outside the scope of their business or professional activity.

Agreement: Any arrangement between the entrepreneur and the consumer regarding the delivery of products or services.

Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period.

Durable Data Carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future consultation.
Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Brussee Solutions B.V. and to every agreement concluded.

Deviations from these terms are valid only if confirmed in writing by Brussee Solutions B.V.

Before the agreement is concluded, the consumer will be given the opportunity to review the general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Images and specifications in advertisements, brochures, or on the Brussee Solutions B.V. website are as accurate as possible, but cannot be a basis for compensation or dissolution.

Prices and product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is established once the consumer accepts the offer and Brussee Solutions B.V. confirms the acceptance.

If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, Brussee Solutions B.V. will confirm receipt and acceptance electronically.

The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care and may only use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must notify Brussee Solutions B.V. in writing or by email within the cooling-off period.

The consumer must return the product within 14 days after withdrawal in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

If the consumer has paid any amount, Brussee Solutions B.V. will refund this amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 6 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a. Products that are made to order or clearly personalized;
b. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken;
c. Digital products and downloads for which delivery has started immediately after purchase with the consumer’s consent.
Article 7 – Prices and Payment

All prices on the website and in communications include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

If payment is not made within the specified period, Brussee Solutions B.V. reserves the right to terminate the agreement and charge any collection costs.
Article 8 – Delivery and Performance

Brussee Solutions B.V. aims to deliver within the timeframe indicated at the time of order. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation or termination.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.
Article 9 – Warranty and Complaints

Brussee Solutions B.V. guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, listed specifications, and reasonable standards of soundness.

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to free repair, replacement, or a refund.
-
Complaints must be reported in writing to Brussee Solutions B.V. within a reasonable period after discovery.
Article 10 – Liability

Brussee Solutions B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

The liability of Brussee Solutions B.V. is limited to the amount of the order.

Brussee Solutions B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of products by the consumer.
Article 11 – Force Majeure

Brussee Solutions B.V. is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, malfunctions, or government measures.
Article 12 – Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Brussee Solutions B.V. is located.
Article 13 – Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
-
Brussee Solutions B.V. reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time.
-
Changes take effect upon publication on the Brussee Solutions B.V. website.
